![]() ![]() While that is one possible method of taming these controls, does anybody know of any software methods to reconfigure this game? Perhaps something like a wrapper that feeds the game different commands than the keys I enter or something like that? Well I don't know the software methods but what I've done was to remap my PS3 controller to mimic the more important keys in the following way. That seems like one way to partially alleviate the control issues. I have a remappable keyboard courtesy of Razer. ![]() It doesn't look like there is any way to configure the game's controls directly. (I guess this was from the younger days of PC action gaming.) It's like a parody of PC control schemes. it's controls way worse than I could have possibly imagined. I have heard that this game's controls are bad, so I looked at a pdf of its manual and. But I do love this game! It took me by surprise when I tripped my first alarm off, then having to fight my way past the alerted guards to find how and where to turn it off, “aurrrgh” It’s also fun when you get to control robots ( mech-type ) to do your dirty work for you, cooool! The graphics are excellent, the game-play rocks, the control is good, ( after you get used to it ) t.Jreaganmorgan: I am considering buying this game, but I check out every game thoroughly before buying, no matter how small the purchase because I hate the embarrassment of buying a bad game. The game is Deeeeep! The other reviewer did a great job at telling the story line, so I won’t bore you with the same stuff. The sales total on the right reflects the most. Like most search and destroy games there are puzzles to solve, keys to find, things to blow up, and baddies to kill. Crusader: No Remorse is an action game developed by Origin Systems and released on PC, PS1, and Sega Saturn. You set it on the ground and it walks until it hits something, then boom, another one bites the dust. I love the fact that after you shoot an enemy you get to rob them of their pocket change, then after you collect enough credits, you then can buy all kinds of cool stuff! I.E.: New guns, spider bombs, health, armour, and other goodies. It took me a while to get used to the control, this is only my third game with the 3/4 perspective, and I suck at any new type of game-play, but I sucked it up and kicked it’s ass! Once you get used to it, it rocks. The CGI and video sequences were.Ĭrusader: no remorse is an amazing game that I never heard of before a year ago, and it is sweet! The game is a shoot-um-up set in the 22nd century, and has a look down at an angle perspective ( sort of like Sonic 3-D Blast ) and is divided into missions, each with there own objectives and places. The AI in this game was much better than the one in the PlayStation port, as here the computer would often try to dodge attacks or even take cover, whereas the PS version, usually had enemies standing their ground or walking into the line of fire. The graphics of the game do a great job to convey where you are, while the music changes when your character is in trouble or is safely sneaking around. From enemies being diced up in fans to enemies being gunned down by remote-controlled robots, the designers were definitely imaginative when creating these possible scenes, probably from watching Robocop or Blade Runner. The backgrounds range from industrial, chemical complexes to squeaky-clean offices to spaceship hangars. The one thing that didn’t make sense to me was the hand-to-hand action missing from the character you control, but otherwise I loved it.The controls take some use getting used to, especially with all the weapons at your disposal as you progress, but the interactive backgrounds definitely provide some cruel ways to kill the enemies in this game, especially if you are sadistic. Now you’ve banded with an underground resistance, ready for vengeance! The game is played with a 3/4-overhead perspective, which can take some getting used to, but the variety of weapons is great. ![]() This was a gem for the Sega Saturn! The game takes place in the future, where you were once an enforcer that was set-up by your higher-ups, who attempted to kill you. ![]()
